For bird lovers--this beautiful bed will fill your dreams with bird song!  Hand-made and hand-carved by artisans--of the highest quality.  Available in a wide variety of colored stains and paint finishes, including many natural wood stains.  Fully customizable.  The bed as shown is made in alder with medium distressing and whispering birch paint finish.  The carved birds as are optional as is the footboard.  The headboard must be fastened to a wall for proper support (bed includes a wall cleat).  Approximately 1 inch is allowed on all sides between box springs and rails for bedding.  Bed drop is 9" from the bottom of the box springs to the floor.
